Well, I just finished my first week of living off of a planned menu, and I did pretty well if I do say so myself.


I made rice to last for a few days, cooked extra for lunches and only bought a sandwich to compliment a salad/ drink/ snack I brought from home (I let myself eat lunch out once a pay period!).


I ended up spending less on more, healthier food then when I would run to the store after work and desperately search for something to make (usally frozen pizza or something crappy like that).

Great job, Bex! You are going to feel so much better without eating all that processed food and fat!

Kelly (who is currently eating her third truffle of the day. . . DD bought me a box of truffles for Mother's Day, lost it in her room, and just gave it to me this week, LOL! - so much for not eating processed food and fats!)

Great job Bex.


I am working hard at not eating out during my work week. I work 3x a week and would eat out at least one of those but that has stopped. I haven't eaten out or bought food for lunch in two weeks - this week being my third week after today. It's a big step and you are eating healthier so congrats to you !
