Does anyone else do this?

Ok, so I've confessed my grocery spending problem. My 2 favorite stores to go to during lunch: Whole Foods and Fresh Market. ESPECIALLY Fresh Market!
ANyway, I went into Whole Foods today to avoid going to lunch with a co-worker. We were going to get sushi, but her schedule was running over, so I just left. I was starving. I decided to get sushi at Whole Foods instead and eat there so I didn't have to tip anybody. =P Instead, I wandered the aisles, not too hungry anymore, and I had some free samples of pita chips and different dips. No sushi.
That's why I love both those places. You can practically have lunch for free while you're in there. I did end up getting a loaf of bread that I needed and some Clif bars that I eat for lunch or pre/post-workouts.
And I used cash!
Anyway, I wasn't sure if anyone else was weird like me. That may sound desperate, but I love trying the different cheeses, dips, and coffee samples. Not that I'm a cheap-o, but I do like to sample!

Your not strange, I too love the grocery stores and samples a a bit too much. I would end up at a store to get "just a few things" sometimes 3-4 times a week. It amazed me how many times I would see the grocery store in my check book ledger. I figure since Im trying not to spend money at other stores I used the grocery store to get my shopping fix. Crazy I know but Im working on it.
Good job getting the samples and paying with cash. My kids love the samples. It keeps them occupied while I shop. My 10 yr old daughter loves getting the samples through the mail as well. Theres a website called momadvice.com. On Fridays she posts freebies to her blog. Its called Freebie Friday. Theres lots of offers for samples and such.
Good luck!
