I don't have any subscriptions, because I wasn't reading them. So, when it came time to renew, I didn't. Every so of, I might pick one up at the checkout line. I rather read books.
I was never a magazine reader until I had two little kids - now I can't let myself relax to get engrossed in a book and I love the shortness of magazines. I get Shape (gift someone gave me), Real Simple (gift someone gave me), Family Circle, Womans Day, Redbook, All You, Parents (or Parenting - can't remember which) and Cooking LIght. I think that's it..............
I know Woman's Day was like $10 for a whole year. That's less than a buck an issue and I love plopping on the couch and reading my mags. I do read them from cover to cover. I then pass them on after.
FYI for you holiday gift people - magazines make GREAT subscriptions for gifts!
My good friend has her next door neighbour who cleans airplanes, so she gets to keep all the magazines she finds on the plane...which in turn she gives to my friend, and I am the next beneficiary! So I never pay for any magazines, and I get such a variety!
I don't currently subscribe to any magazines. I have a bad habit of picking up Cosmo and Cleo when I'm at the supermarket - its a habit that I do have to break.
On the other hand, I have been purchasing "New Zealand Healthy Food Guide" for about 2 years (I've got every issue since I started purchasing it), and I really need to get around to subscribing. It won't save a lot but it will cut out grabbing it with the groceries when its not on the list.
No problem! I love mygazines.com! Every single one of the magazines that people have mentioned is available, I am so surprised it took me this long to find it!
Consumer Reports - worth its weight in gold! Allure - for $12 a year, it keeps me from being a total frump. More - very relevant for us middle-aged women Country Living - ideas I've used for the house Better Homes & Gardens - we got a free subscription somehow, and I skim it for home ideas and for the garden I'll have someday when I've got time to garden
Catholic publications, which I read cover to cover: America, St. Anthony Messenger, Magnificat, The Word Among Us, and our diocesan newspaper.
Seventeen, for my teenage daughters.
Tennis publications DH gets free from USTA.
National Geographic, which I thought the kids would like but I'm going to let lapse because not one person in our family has ever read a single article.
Oh, and two regional magazines, which are good for things like restaurant reviews and finding things to do with guests.
I have pretty strict rules about keeping the magazines, though. Allure & More have a short shelf life of just a few months, and I'll keep a year of back issues of the non-Catholic magazines. The Catholic ones I will go back and refer to if I'm preparing a talk to give at a retreat weekend, so I keep those for a few years.
I love reading and have 3 subscriptions right now, family fun, all you and parenting. My daughter sold them for band so they were actually pretty cheap. I usually read mine a few times and throw them out.

I subscribe to National Geographic, Time, and Taste of Home. I used to have subscriptions to Lucky, Travel & Leisure and Us Weekly as well, but I didn't have time to read all of them so I didn't renew those this year. Even though I limited my subscriptions I end up getting a few other ones each month. I enjoy More magazine - great articles on women's health, style and beauty - and I end up buying Us Weekly. What can I see, I like celebrity gossip!

Hi, Danni. Oh, it's embarrassing, but I subscribe to a lot of magazines. I just am not into books like DH is.
What I have: Money (DH's subscription--
We get a lot, but only ones we actually read.
