Getting worried about MMI.. HELP!

This past Monday the 28th, MMI was supposed to take out my first deposit. I'm paying bi-weekly. It hasn't been done yet, and is supposed to be done by tomorrow. I've had to call them a lot since starting with them. Has anyone experienced this confusion when first signing up with them? I'm starting to be worried that they are not reliable. I've given them all my information...credit card statements, etc. I feel vulnerable right now. I practically yelled at the girl on the phone today because earlier this week someone told me my deposit was going through, now they say it hasn't, but it will!!
Am I over-reacting? Should I trust them??


















I'd wait to see if anything happens by Monday, then call or go over.
Getting started always takes some managing. Just try to remember that once the system is in place, you will have few to no problems. Really. When MMI took over my agency, the transition on my account was seamless. I had no problems with them, ever.
Not to say that other people will have the same successful experience, but it was for me. When you are just starting, you're probably feeling a little frantic and emotional; try not to let it get in the way of your goal of making this work.
