I have Tmobile and I love them. Their customer service is the best I've had,and I've had CIngular, Sprint, and Verizon, too.

My company pays my bill b/c I travel with my job, but the amt. is usually around $70/month for . I don't have a landline at home, either. I'm on the 1500 minutes, free nights and w/e's plan with 400 domestic text msgs and the 19.99 blackberry unlimited browsing plan. If I didn't have a blackberry, the plan would come to about $50/mo.

I'm quite happy with them, and as long as they give good customer service, I will stay with them. The only drawback is that in some spotty areas, I don't get service, but I do for the most part - where it counts.

Spotty service is my biggest pet peeve - seriously. LOL. Not having reliable service is the first and biggest reason I would leave a company (second would be c/s and inconsistent billing). My sister had Nextel and was ALWAYS complaining about it not working. My other sister had t-mobile and HATED it too. It was always dropping her calls.
