I swear these people must call a minimum of 3 times per week.

Ask to speak with a supervisor. Tell them that you've asked not to be contacted many times before. Let him or her know that you do like the service, but the annoyance of having people call three times a day is seriously making you consider dropping them altogether (they don't need to know if you're bluffing). Then see what happens!

I have AT&T for cable, internet and land line. My biggest beef is when they call and solicit ME and I tell them I have their service. They still bug me. I tell them I find it really bad work practice to do that to people who already carry their plan. They don't care.

I love how Danni handled her calls from Citi.
