Help! My motivation is slipping

Wondering how others keep their motivation up.

At the moment, I am able to make the minimum payments every month and can put a little extra towards my debts. I'd be able to afford more if I was actually remembering to take meals to work with me.
I am in a situation, where I am limited in the number of hours that I can work as the result of an injury that occurred 13 years ago. I have been on earnings compensation for the last 11 months, and am supposed to be at full hours within the next month. I am currently looking at other job opportunities that would be better for me healthwise and possibly moneywise - a task that is easier said than done.

The challenge that I am coming up against at present is keeping up motivation. If I was to just pay minimums on the debts other than my credit card the pay offs would be
Cell Phone - July 2010
Bank Loan - June 2015
Student Loan - no clue - balance is currently around $24000, no interest. The payments are automatically taken out of my wages, however as I work varying hours it is difficult to figure out what will be paid towards my loan when.

I am struggling with the fact that I am unhappy in my job, but will have difficulty in moving into the automotive industry where I want to be as a result of low confidence in driving, and the fact that I don't current have a way to remedy this. Unfortunately, I'm feeling demotivated by the fact that my debt is getting in the way of doing what I want, even though I can currently pay it and it is controllable.
