Wonder if Target misses me :-)

Before we started attacking our debt, I LOVED Target. I was in there at least once a week finding that one (or two, or three) things I just HAD to have. I would wander through the aisles mesmerized. Of course, now that we've been budgeting I see just how little we really need! All those "things" get misplaced or lost or just packed away with other stuff. I also love that we are eating home so much -- we usually end up playing board games with our boys after dinner. Quality time - not in a restaurant, how amazing! ;-) Things have slowed down, and it's given us an opportunity to really look around. While giving up certain things is hard, I know in the end we're not only improving our lives, but helping our boys shape how they view money. Again, these little sucesses will help us all succeed!

Hugs & Happy Tuesday!

I am right there with you! I've been watching what I spend at Target/Walmart for a good 2 years now, but recently I realized that all those stupid little things I bought at Target that I couldn't live without...where are they now? I love Target but now the once a week shopping trips

Oh game night, good idea!

I am enjoying cooking at home and I buy the frozen pizzas for when I absolutely do not feel like cooking. But, being the main meal maker.......I usually make the things I have a craving for and they have to eat it! I try to make enough for left overs and my bf and I actually fight over who gets to take them to work so it can't be all bad.

Oh yeah, and melvmybys , target definitely misses you. But.........that's their problem, you are on the right track!
