This weekend was so super cold that I didn't leave my house therefore I didn't spend money. That's one way to save! haha. This weekend the average temperature was -32(C) which converts to -26(F). And it's STILL that cold! What's the weather like where you live??

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Cold here in Chicago-land too. I am glad about that. On weekends I usually can't wait to sit at home and REST. Maybe we will plan one outing to our SuperWalmart to get a few groceries or walk around or look at the holiday decorations. My 5 yo LOVES looking at holiday decorations in the stores. It's kinda nice to be forced to stay home and chill out. LOVE IT.

It's actually topping 70 here today, which is unseasonably warm. We're normally happy to top the 40s at this point, but I'll take it. Please don't feel the need to send the cold my way, LOL!

For the last week we've been at anywhere from -10 to -20 (C). Saturday was -16(C). My BF was in the basement doing something and turned off the switch that powers the furnace.

We actually had a relatively warm weekend (it was 50 degrees yesterday -- raining, but still 50 degrees!). Today the temp is now 20 degrees with a windchill of 4 degrees and all the water has frozen. Nice, huh? Oye.

Well, thankfully it is 66 degrees today in New Jersey. However, just last week it was only 21 degrees. Go figure!

I heard on the radio when picking up Kyle from the bus stop that the wind chill was -3.

The temperature wasn't bad but that WIND was nasty, nasty, nasty.
