I was just thinking about the next couple of weeks...with New Year and all, I was thinking that it was going to be tough getting to some of the equipment at the gym

I always set my goals too high for myself for each new year. I tend to just take on too much and make the goals somewhat unattainable in general.

Stacy:

Just wanted to pop into this conversation to let you know we just refinanced about 2 weeks ago, going from 5.99% to 4.99%. It sounds like you'd be a good candidate for this, since you don't have any debt and already have some savings. I'm assuming your credit rating is probably great.

Good post lil! 10 bucks huh? I dunno if I can get any more blood from this stone but I will try!

I don't have a gym really available to me but I am trying this walking in the snow thing all bundled up and I kinda like it. God I need to lose 10 more pounds. I am liking this new green tea I found. It warms the belly on cold day!

It's about $130/month for 15 years. We had just refinanced last spring, I believe, from a 20 year to a 15 year, so aren't losing much ground. DH is 50. I don't want another 30 years of payments and I'm terrible at adding to my payments each month.

We went to Quicken Loans, if you're interested.
