1. Do you have holiday bills starting to come in, or are you still waiting for them to arrive? Was what you spent worth it? Or are you relieved to not have those bills come in because you spent cash or cut back? Well, I put gifts on credit card, but I have the cash to pay them when they come in. There are no surprises because I know exactly how much I owe.
2. Do you know anyone who has been hurt by any of the latest financial scandals in the news? no
3. What have you been reading lately? Are you reading more about finances and money lately? Blogs on the internet about stamping and card making.
4. Aside from the debt reduction efforts you are making, what is the biggest project you are working on right now? At home? At school? For charity? For yourself? At home: new floors for our home. At work: Tonnes of projects right now. The biggest is a submission to a conference in Toronto in February and the presentation. For myself: I've been making cards. I have a few girlfriends who want to buy some from me. I won't be making a lot of money (if any) but I have the satisfaction of creating without spending for supplies. Also working on getting things more organized at home.
Also, my dd in grade 2 has her first real science project. Although I am not doing the project, just working with her to stay on track.
