Capital One changing terms!

So I got a notice today that Capital One is changing the terms on my account. I can either accept the terms or decline them and that will close my account. I am pretty sure I am just going to decline and let them close the account because as soon as I paid it off I was going to close it anyhow.
What a pain. It's also kind of scary to know that I wont have that credit card to lean on if I needed it. Oh well. If I want to get out of debt I need to start somewhere.

I got one of those in the mail this weekend for capital one also. I read through it thoroughly and all I found that they were changing were the terms of if you have 3 late payments in one year they can change your default rate to 29.4% and the cash advance APR to 24%, neither of which really apply to us since we don't use it for cash advances, and I don't plan on being late with payments. But I suppose you never know.
