Have you ever had any good Karma but have nothing to pinpoint it to OR for that matter what you are going to do with the good fortune?

But that's the thing. You don't know how or when it will come back to you. Sometimes just knowing you've done something nice is its own reward. Good for you. Helping people out when you have lots of money is one thing, helping people out when you are struggling is, I think, truer compassion.
A few weeks ago some people I know were laid off from the company that laid me off. While one man probably did not have anything directly to do with my lay off he probably could've stopped it. Oh well. Now he is hurting, and lost, and going through all I went through. I sent him a series of encouraging emails offering advice and reassurance. He seemed so appreciative that I reached out to him. Will that act of kindness come to back to me? Maybe. He's an executive and may someday get a job and remember who was nice to him when he was low. Or not. But I felt glad I could help even had a little bit.

I don't think one could possibly pinpoint what you described without an elaborate chart and a whole lot of guesstimations.
I should clarify...I wasn't really expecting anything in it for me.
I found it amusing actually with the shoes since it seemed the recent ones pinpointed X happened then Y happened fairly fast.

Karma seems to be entering our life more and more. We were in a very low income country last week on vacation. DH tipped the people who helped us very lucratively. That night he won a lot of money at the casino.
Reverse Karma also affected me, I was angry at a taxi driver and when we got out, I left my jacket behind, lost the brand new jacket from our trip. I was so sad because it was the only thing I had purchased on the trip for myself.
I am sure some little girl will just fall in love with those shoes.

I knew you didn't expect anything in it for yourself, Becky.
It's all good...it is sometimes very hard to get the tone across.

That's exactly how every Payless I've been in is - cordial but not particularly direct salespeople.
You rock, girlfriend! What a loving and generous thought to look for a new owner at the preschool! *High five*!
My good luck is still running strong. We allocated $500 of our tax refund for updating the boat (it's a 1982 and everything is original -- great condition, but dated ... basically it's a total splurge but we live on that thing during the summer) and DH was at the store getting a part he needed for the engine and they had a teak swim platform. We were planning to buy a metal and plastic one for $200 (new) later this summer but the boat place had a teak one for $100. If you're not familiar, teak is ridiculously expensive. Just the platform is $750 new (I looked it up) and this one came with a telescopic ladder and hand rails. It mounts to the back of the boat and sits at water level to help you climb back in, and it's particularly useful when your limbs turn to jelly after wakeboarding or water skiing. So anyway, we grabbed it. It's not so much that we got such a great deal on an expensive one -- the fab part is that we got a great deal over what we were going to spend to begin with! Plus we have small children (18 m through 10y) and the plastic and metal one just sat to one side of the propellers and this one goes all the way across the back, so it's much safer.
My luck didn't stop there, though. It's a miserably rainy weekend and we went on a field trip to Bass Pro Shops yesterday. (By the way, if you're a single woman or know one who is looking, I think every man in the world is at Bass Pro Shops on a rainy weekend, LOL). Anyway, we actually didn't spend money there. That's nothing short of a miracle for my boys (DH and two older sons, that is).

Goal #1 $UCCE$$!
That's an absolute steal on the teak swim platform!!
