I will keep my fingers and toes crossed. Two hours is a HUGE difference. You will make up some of the money from the lower pay in gas savings alone!! Yay you!

Good luck! I think cutting down on commute time is a *huge* benefit to factor into your job decision. I hope your interview goes well.

$5000/ yr , working 5 days a weeks is a pay cut of $19.23/ day.
