I think if you had too there is a ton of stuff you could cut for at least the time being.
Land lines are cheaper that would only cost you around 30.00 a month. I would let the cell phones go. myself. or just get a card phone for breakdowns or really important calls.
Maybe even sell
Nothing earth shattering, but little things that may help you cut corners. You mentioned you spent a lot on milk. Perhaps you could try cooking with powdered milk, and for the daycare kids, mix half and half (or one third-two thirds) powdered milk and fresh milk. If you have sufficient freezer space, I know people who would buy milk on sale and freeze them (make sure you pour a little bit out and leave room for expansion). They do not make a great difference in cooking.
Without knowing the exact allergic condition of your son, but just throwing ideas out, soy/rice/almond milk all cost less than goat milk. If he does not like the taste, they also make chocolate soy/rice/almond milk with not too much added sugar. Depends on how old he is, if he eats a well-balanced diet with enough protein and calcium, there is no reason why he must have milk. If you still worry about calcium intake, calcium-enriched orange juice sells for the same price as regular orange juice. Or get a bottle of calcium tablets, they are cheap.

My daughter has a severe milk allergy and we use rice milk.
What is your TOTAL minimum outgo per month?
We are on a contract w/ the cell phones and so we can't break that or we have to pay anyhow, so we can't give them up until the contract ends next December, at which time we are definitely going to look into other options.
As for the truck, I wish I could sell it, but we still owe $14,000 on it and its only worth about $8000 for trade and maybe $11,000 for selling it, so we are stuck w/ it.
Spirited Kids are like Roses........They NEED special care and sometimes you have to get past the thorns to truly enjoy them.
Jessie, I don't have any real big suggestions or anything, but one thing to think about with daycare kids.
""Tell everyone you know that you have openings and put a little sign up in your yard.
