Let's try to be positive on a Monday. Let's name one positive thing that is going on with our finances right now. It could be as little as paying a bill on time or in full. Name something GOOD happening with your money right now.

Great idea...

DH's practice continues very busy and he has about $20K in his work account, starting with seed money of $6K which mostly went for start up costs.

Due to job changes, we now have an extra $700.00 a month to put toward debt payments! We will finally be able to start chipping away at the debt and it feels good.

OK. let's see.....

1. All of our bills are up to date(No calls for being late woohoo!)

2.No CC bills the last 3 months.

3. Paid off at least 3,000.00 dollars in bills the last 3-4 months.

4. One more major bill to pay off and then we can really tackle the student loans (which by the way are huge!). No crying here though!

5. Paid cash for Vet bill and loved it, didn't even worry about it!

Really there are a lot of positives, so we need to just keep reminding ourselves how far we have come.

I have a $1000 EF in tact, and our federal tax refund has been sitting in our savings account
