Hello all - I haven't been here in about 6 months and I'm in a bit of a pickle.

Since you will be facing the maze of creating records that don't currently exist, my feedback is to hire a CPA.

Lon-time lurker delurking, but I thought my experience with Turbo-tax might help. I do not know about the home office, but as for payment schedules, Turbotax does give you an option to file an amended (later date payment?) form. So I do not think you need to pay to an accountant to do that. Fill out your forms, and at the end the software will walk you through it and ask you if you want to file (whatever number it is, I do not remember now) form for deferred/scheduled payments etc. We owed 2,200 dollars and it suggested that we break it into 4 installments.(Granted, we did have the money to pay in full, so we did not use the option). Thought you might need to know that.

Oh, I think I misunderstood what these vouchers were for (see previous posts by other posters). So, never mind I did not know what I was talking about! :)
