I don't know what's wrong with me lately, probably the past couple of weeks.

Robyn, whine away! We all go through these phases and this time of year tends to get to people. The weather gets nice and you want to get out and do so much more but as always, cash is limiting.

You are doing so well in so many ways! Your efund is coming along nicely. You've lost a TON of weight (believe me, I know how hard that is . . . I had to start over again after I hurt my knee!). What can you do for you to make yourself feel better. Even if its something simple like a glass of wine in a bubble bath, or a self manicure or pedicure.

You are doing a great job and have been a comfort to so many on this board, myself included. Keep up the great work!

Maybe you need some sugar in your diet. I know you will pull out of all this. Spring is coming

Big hugs Robyn...feel free to whine anytime. I'll throw out a couple of suggestions for you to take or leave:

1. Maybe you can't break away for a full day but could you leave a few hours early on Friday? Maybe just a little extra time away from the office would help.

2. How about just trying to do a little something out of the ordinary one evening? I always daydream about taking dinner out to a park for a picnic this time of year. Maybe it would be nice for both you and DH to get outside for a bit of fresh air. Could be as simple as the closest neighborhood park or maybe go explore a park a little further away.

3. In the category of do as I say, not as I do...journaling has a lot of good stuff. My grief counselor told me that it is not just the mental process that helps but the actual physical act that also assists in processing emotions. I thought that was pretty cool. I myself am terrible about getting it done but when I get it done it does help.

HTH!

I'm sorry you are in a blah mood. I was earlier in March. I think I am out of it now that the sun is out more and I have been outside. Being a little more active and getting some good old fashion Vitamin D from the sun have helped a ton. I agree with previous posters, do something for yourself.
