May goals

Since April is almost done (thankfully) and we are moving on to the spring and summer season, I thought I would see if anyone was thinking about their goals for the month of May? Mine are pretty simple/ boring.

1) No new debt. I paid off all outstanding bills today and the CC is getting pulled from the wallet. If I don't have the cash for it, I ain't buying it. I will have to pay for a course or two over the summer time, but I'll deal with that when the time comes.

2) Track spending again. I have gotten so lazy with this (and likely part of me doesn't want to know) so I am going to have to get back to it.

3) Lose another 2 lbs (working on half a lb a week).

4) Efund. Its been kind of anemic in the growth lately so I want to focus on it again. I am hoping to hit $675 by then end of May!

Hopefully this will work. Fingers crossed ladies!

1. Goal is $3k paid down on CCs

2. Home Depot paid off before any interest accrues, included in #1

Goals for May:

1) Give my mom two bottles of wine and a card for her birthday and mother's day or maybe one bottle and regift some stuff I got for Christmas, it is a lotion and shower gel she might like or something from Avon that I sell. Ok, I just talked myself into that. A regift and a a bottle of wine. She will like them both.

2) Pay for bikes and flowers/plants/seeds for the garden and yard. All that is coming from mine and bf's combined money.

3) Try not to buy anything from catalouges people are selling. I love party lite and everyone in town knows I am a sucker. I have something on order right now(paid for in cash) and it should be here next week. But, NO more!!(in May he he he)

4)Walk more!!! And be outside as much as possible.

LOL I'm right there with finding a boyfriend!!

So,

1) Find a boyfriend (lol)

2) Use $300 from each paycheck to go towards my lowest balance card. This will get me well over half of it paid off.

3) Keep track of my spending more. I need to write it down. I wouldn't say I have a problem, but sometimes I don't realize where my money is going (I will randomly grab food or something and completely forget and then not know why my money is dwindling).

4) Buy my cat a birthday present : ) He'll be one, and his brother turns one this Thursday the 30th. WOO HOO! These are my babies. But my goal with this is to not blow a lot of money and get him something modest (not a huge cat tree or something). It's so hard to hold back from spoiling them. If you are a cat mommy and don't have HUMAN

There is NEVER a bad thing about a flower, except my husband just shakes his head everytime I come home with more.
