Hi,
Finances are getting worse and worse and it feels like a train going to hit a wall.
I just figured out this paycheck's bills and it's already in the negative with more bills to go! I cut down the doctor bill pay intention to $25 a pop instead of 50 because we have to eat.
$323 on car (paid off in July!)
$300 on loan (forced to roll HELOC in refi; it's the only solution)
$50 water bill
$65 garbage
$100 in doc bills ($500 outstanding balance)
$300 for new brakes (had to put the other $300 on credit card!)
And still I need to pay our nanny $150 a week (so $300 total out of this paycheck)
Still need to buy my son $110 worth of formula (he's on allergy formula)
Still need to set aside $350 for mortgage
Still need to buy us food and the dog's food.
All this on $1,450 (trying not to touch $600 otherwise my savings is gone).
I'm begging my husband to see the light and sell the RV, sell his 79

Ok - deep breathe. You WILL be ok.
Can I assume your finances are separate from your husbands?
Does he understand how dire this is to you that you are considering divorce over money?
I am NOT saying you aren't right to try to fix this but asking him to cut landscaping and sell HIS stuff and have HIM get a second job.............those sound like things you are all telling him to do. Most men (at least my husband) don't respond positively when being TOLD what to do.
Piccu,
I'm sorry to hear things are so stressful.
I am so sorry for you. Do you have room on a credit card? If you do and can get a good deal on a money transfer. Get enough money to pay off the car now. That would be around
Yes...finances
You've already gotten some excellent suggestions with regard to local resources.
