Weekend expenses - List 'em!

Happy Friday everyone!

What's up for the weekend? What expenses do you have?

My weekend will be busy. Tonight I pick up my niece for an overnight. My sister is going out of town and my mom is watching her three little kids. I offered to take the oldest (I was NOT going to offer to take the non-sleeping newborn! LOL) and my niece and my DS get along SO well so it actually is a break for me too.

Tomorrow I have a baby shower - gift already purchased.

Sunday - probably some grocery shopping. I'd like to keep it at about $100 and then I have to work at night. I have to miss my niece's dance recital (bummer) but work is work and I am committed to this 2nd job so I will go and not think about what I am missing. This job will be harder for me come summer b/c I want to be OUT and enjoying the days - not driving to work at 9 p.m. Oh well.

I am going out today during lunch to buy a gift for my nephew whose b-day is in August. My family always rags on me b/c I buy gifts SUPER early but I personally prefer to buy gifts when I have money and my DH got a good overtime check yesterday on payday so I am buying what is needed so that come August if I am struggling with $$ I don't have to worry about this gift. That's just how my mind works.

:) Happy Friday to all !

It is a long weekend here in Canada. But I have to work Monday. LOL. Oh well. I am not sure of expenses. I hope under a hundred. I am buying a badminton set and maybe lunch for the boys. Oh and groceries but I have the cash for all of it. I guess the garden is NOT going in. Too wet and cold boooooo!!!

Have great weekend everyone!

I have a busy weekend, but shouldn't be too bad money-wise (I hope!).

Tonight I have to go to Costco and Safeway and pick up some stuff for the snack bar our baton group is sponsoring this weekend.

I need to give my MIL some money for flowers for a relatives funeral, probably around $10 - $15.

For us, the only expenses I see for the weekend will be if the weather turns out as nice as it is supposed to be we will put some miles on the motorcycle.
