Anyone who is familiar with Disney CM's and how everyone basically takes a super happy pill before they talk to you?


I'm convinced the person I talked to was on a super sugar rush -- OVERLY sweet...it was just funny...it was almost fakish - KWIM?


I don't know if my issue will be covered or not but I do have to say it was different for setting up the appointment.


Now I just have to wait until Thursday to see if the problem is user error for something I did/didn't do that I was supposed to or if there really is some weird thing going on.

LOL @ your assessment of what's going to happen when you get the service call. I seem to have the same luck. We just had our water heater fixed and the plumber said he's only had to change the broken part once. Lucky us. Of course, then when they replaced it, they found that another part was bad so they had to come back. I was really annoyed on Thursday when we had hot water before the plumbers got here, they were at our house for about 3 hours and we didn't have hot water for 2 days after they left.

That sorta reminds me of one of the two really weird vehicle problems with what at the end I called a dead van!!
