House goes on the auction block tomorrow

The big day is finally here...although we haven't lived there for 10 months. I'm not sure how I feel about this. Should it be a monumental day? The day we actually lost our home to foreclosure? We let go of it months ago in the bankruptcy...so I had kinda shrugged it off until an old neighbor called and told me what it was going for. The starting bid is $168,300...we would've had to sell it ourselves for about $250,000 to break even.
Deep down I believe I'll be happy to see a new family move in. Driving by and seeing it empty is depressing. I want to see the house come to life again and new people create better memories there that will erase ours.

We lost our home to bankruptcy when I was a kid. I remember being really sad that another family got to have it after all the work my parents put into it. It's still kind of a sore memory. It was just put back on the market a few months ago and I glanced at it on some real estate website.
I hope you guys can move on from this and create better memories. But at least you know that you could have never salvaged it. 250K down to 168! That's quite a markdown!
