Of course you deserve some frivolous spending after all that, and if it's from Goodwill, it's already a bargain, right? Praying for a speedy recovery for you!
I am so glad to hear that you are doing OK. To top it off you sound in pretty good spirits too. Since I have started on this board you have inspired me in many ways. Hearing you be optimistic and smiling (yes I can hear that through a message board!) inspires me once again to quit my kavitching (or is it just bitchin'?) and remember to enjoy life.
I would have been disappointed if you didn't buy your self a little something.
Glad to hear the big(little) bad toe is gone. I thought it strange at one point they were not going to remove it. I hope you will be in less pain soon.
My grandmother made some very intricate doilys(sp?) I wonder where they ended up? Probably with my aunts. It is good to know people still appreciate those things as I believe they do take a very long time to make.

I'm sure as much support and advise that you give on this board, that I'm not the only one wishing you a speedy recovery.
Take care.
