I agree with PP. Call the labour board and inquire. What they are doing sounds very fishy. The good news is that you've been on this board long enough and updated us every week so if you had to, you could go back through your old posts and document everytime they didn't pay him. Jerks.
FYI- I looked at getting out of my contract and they say I will have to pay them the full three years! Jerks!

Norma, Norma, Norma. I am SOOOOOO glad DH has this other job to start. I think even I will be less stressed LOL!
Do you have your pennies plotted out for what you have left? How about a meal plan until then to stretch the grocery budget? Soups, stews, with buns and make enough for left overs for lunches or maybe even enough for two dinners? I am going to totally abuse my crock pot this fall. I hope to encourage other abusers as well(except for Kate(Smalls),go grab a burger honey for your wine tasting night! LOL)I am going for cheap and easy meals in that baby. I want them to be good too so I am going to go through my spice cabinet and experiment as well. Last night I went through my fridge and put what ever veggies I had in a fry pan and some left over meat, the rest of one salad dressing and 1/2 a bottle of stir fry sauce that was open in it and a few spices and.....voila, my bf loved it. I used up what I had so it didn't go bad and it was awesome! The only problem is I don't think I could make it again if I tried, but that is NOT the point! LOL!
Also if we really go through our fridges and make a pledge to not buy any more condiments until we use the ones we have, we could probably save $20 bucks for the next couple of shopping trips. I think I have 9 salad dressings in my fridge. I mean seriously, who needs that?
You guys are going to be fine. And then you have that steady income to look forward to. You are the master buck stretcher!!

Hmmm I must be doing good.
At one time I actually had three ponds.

Ugh, that really stinks, Norma. I do hope you guys do reach out to the labor board...it really does seem shady.
I'm so jealous of all the homegrown veggies! Next year, I am definitely working the veggie garden. :)
