I found the best way to save my efund was to attach and account to my checking account. My bank allows me unlimited transfers and will transfer as little as a dollar at a time. I get paid biweekly and I account for every dollar spent. Each paycheck I know what needs to be paid and how much is left for debt repayment. I send the debt repayment amount on payday, and then at the end, if there is any money left (I haven't spent my allowance, or I budgeted high on a bill) I would send it to my efund.
I do the same thing now only I send the money to my tuition savings. Once that is done, it will go back to debt!

If you need any help about specifics, just post your question! There is a lot of wisdom on this board and everyone does things a little different so you will likely find someone like minded.

Do you have a budget set up?

Getting down on yourself about past spending behaviors will do NOTHING to improve matters.

What is done is done, and you can't fret over it.
