I had a fabulous daytrip yesteday....out and about with someone I really, realy care about, and just enjoying life....forgetting about the time, but definitely not overspending and I just felt happy to be alive!

When I got home, the debt was still there (Cousin Bernadette was still there, ha, ha!), but I was happy to have had a great day out and live and enjoy life despite the debt!

Yeah I was depressed for a long time, but trying to enjoy time with the kids so its not all about hard work, money and stress.

We are going for a bike ride on our local path through the woods, they bike, I run with them.

I can't wait until DD (5yrs old) learns to use his hand brakes, LOL.

I agree! At some point or another you need to find a balance between being responsible and paying down debt AND living life!

BF and I had this convo the other day. We decided that we are both two different ends of the spectrum and we need to meet somewhere in the middle. Its so easy to get caught up in the negativity and stress that you forget to see how great (and short) life can be!
