Can't think of any major one purchase. Or any big purchase.

I guess I would say my DS's Halloween costume. It was $20 and in hindsight - I should have waited and told someone to buy it for him for his b-day. People are always looking for ideas for him and that was a perfect one and I went out and just bought it. Dumb I guess.

I hate to say this.... it goes against everything that I've ever believed in... but I almost regret... and I say ALMOST for a reason.... my Master's Degree.

Some days I regret buying my store. Not most days, just the occasional bad days. When something breaks I don't know how to fix or I have computer problems I get over whelmed and think "why did I do this again?" Plus I would have no other debt besides a mortgage on my land, my kids college saved for already, and hell of a down payment on a new house. But, I work close to home, I have a job,I am my own boss and I have an asset that I am proud of and continue to build on. One day ina few years I will give myself a raise, have my kids education saved for(the part I plan on saving for) and a new house too. I just need patience and time. I just hope I can sell it when I am ready.

And I need to cut down on my beer and wine consumption. It costs me money and I am gaining weight. I do not need it!!

That would be my Santa Fe. Love the car, hate the cost to run it. I wish I had just kept my old Saturn wagon. It was much better on gas and not as expensive to maintain.

Yep, I had an expensive Ex too.

I would probably say it was the detached condo I bought back in 2004, detached and all, I should have waited until my home in Ohio sold so I did not have two mortgages.
