This post is inspired by a post on the check-in thread, but I wanted to share it with everyone.

Groceries can be tough.

Love Rachel Ray, she seems so down to earth, and I love her cooking style., although some of the pre packaged things I am skeptical of like the gravy browner in the tube. Oh well there are alternatives to everything.

I am big on cooking a chicken or roast on the weekend then getting a stir fry out of the left overs or sandwich meat. Or making soup or some such thing to make it stretch.

Good post!

I shop with a credit card (which I pay the balance every month).
