We're getting an expensive surprise, too

I haven't posted in a while and financially, things are going so-so.
But, like Sarah we recently found out we're expecting baby #4. We thought we were done and didn't think it could happen without fertility treatments. Surprise! The medical part should be no problem because we have pretty good insurance and DH can opt to contribute more to his medical FSA to cover coays. I breastfeed, so we won't be spending much in formula. We have two girls and a boy, so we should be in decent shape for clothes, no matter which gender. I still have all my maternity clothes, so I won't need a lot in that area. We got a new infant carseat when DS was born so we won't have to shell out the money for another carseat for a while. It won't get expensive until the baby starts to eat real food and if he/she is anything like DS it will start to get expensive.
If it's another girl it could be a problem because of the bedroom situation. The girls are currently sharing a room and if we had to we could probably put two kids in DS's room, but his room is pretty small, so it wouldn't be a good long-term solution. The baby will sleep in our room for a while, so that's not an urgent concern, either. We could turn our home office into a small bedroom, but it would require some construction.
Anyway, this isn't going to help our debt situation, but it's still a wonderful surprise.
