I get that this is the debt support group and we are all here with the common goal of getting ourselfs financially healthy, but I just thought I would share a small, non-debt related victory!

As you may notice from my ticker, I am stalled at 7lbs weight loss. I have been gaining and losing the same 2lbs for a month now. I do really well for a while, and then give in to all my cravings for a while. It has

I could have probably written that same post many times in my life. I totally eat for comfort and I totally have a hard time with no sun. Making dinner sometimes seems way too hard to accomplish, buying candy at the store is always in my mind. PB&J has been my dinner more than a few times AND I haven't been to the gym in almost a week now. Plus, I seem to have been gaining and losing the same weight for years!

Congrats on the success! Small victories!

Good for you, Bex! Those small victories can add up. Emotional eating is a hard habit to break, but it can be done! Good luck!

I have gained and lost the same 10 lbs for 2 years now. I eat with my emotions too. Unfortunately I eat when I am happy, sad, angry etc etc. And now I am heavier than I have been in a long time because i haven't lost that 10lbs I gained back. I'm skipping the losing it part and just moving onto the next 20lbs. Urrrgh I don't feel good but I am working on making better choices when I do eat. I have unwrapped the exercise video I got but have not actually put it in the DVD player yet. LOL. Ohhhh this is going to be a very long winter.!!

Good for you and your small steps!
