Well, its finally sunk in that he's moving, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't sad. However, the fact that we are still making plans, and giggling over the fact that I will have to plan a date to come over and watch a movie helps.
He will be taking his two dogs, Magic (the husky) and Daisy (the sheltie/shepherd). I'm going to miss waking up with those two liking my fingers! Oh well, I will still see them all the time and likely be babysitting frequently.
So I am just holding the course right now. As of this moment I have paid $970 towards the appliances! I work at the salon this weekend so I will hit my goal of paying $1000 by the end of November! Any extra grooming money is just going to get sent to the appliances.
The

I'll cross fingers and toes for the quick and profitable sale of the SUV.

You are going to be just fine there baby!
Hold off on the bed room set for now. Keep the cash if you need it but sometimes renters already have that stuff and would have to look for a place to put what they already own if you have something there. Just a thought. Unless you find an unbelievable deal and can put it in the basement if they have own??
Chin up Bex, and have a party to make some money or at least get some nice holiday things like party lite or avon or something. It would be a nice girls night in YOUR house!
Love ya

Thanks for the support ladies. It means a lot to me!
I am happy to report the following:
1) My water bill came in today and was $70. I budget $100 so that extra $30 means I"VE PAID OFF $1000 in less then three months!!!!! I'm so pumped!!!
2) I had bought a cheap shed to house the summer stuff so we could put one car in the garage (driveway fits two and with bf, mine and sis's we needed to get one in there due to winter parking restrictions!). Well summer stuff all belongs to bf so once its gone, garage is empty. The shed is sitting half built on my deck. I posted it on Kijiji for $75 and someone is coming to pick it up tomorrow!!! I am going to use that $75 to buy furniture for the guest room (I've already been offered a bed with mattress for $30)! I have a huge storage room in the basement, so if a renter has their own stuff, mine can go down there. I like being able to offer a furnished room because I can get a little more for it!
3) I changed my mind and am going to send all the grooming money to the efund for now. I need to be prepared in case I have wonky expenses or the truck doesn't sell or sells for less then I hoped. I have until November to pay off that last $1000 and I have at least $75 a month already based on the gas bill. Its better for the cash flow and my peace of mind to keep it in the efund.
So thats where I stand. Thank you all for your kind words. They have meant so much to be these last few days. Looking forward to a stress free December (yeah right! HA)

You are doing great, and I see that second job is really helping a lot - good for you!
I would suggest not getting a bedroom suite for your guest room. What if the person who wants to rent already has one? Or if they have a preference for a certain sized bed (full vs. queen) to accommodate something else they have?
