What are your 2010 goals?

I'm asking because I'm trying to get myself much more accountable for putting things into Quicken so I have some REAL numbers to use next year.
I always start strong and then get sidetracked and at that point figure UGH...it's so far gone...etc...
I was just in there trying to get up-to-date with 2009 stuff and basically I only have from July - current.

1. Tweaking my budget in order to plan ahead. Although I have not increased my debt, I have not spent money on things that I would really like to. For example, I would really like to put my daughters in skating lessons. However, I just don't have the $400 to do it. In the past I would have taken it out of other funds or put it on my line of credit. I realize now, that doesn't help the situation. So, I will keep them out for another season. I have added kid's activities to the budget, so hopefully this will assist with this. I also have added furniture and home renovations to our budget. Right now, this is a pretty substancial part of our budget. But, we have been neglecting things in effort to get the debt paid off. I think that later in the year we will be able to claw it back, and put some more in savings.
2. We know that we need to start saving for an emergency fund. We do have a mini-fund, but it needs to be built up. We are going to sit down and make a plan for this, but we want to wait until the end of the holidays. We are going to look at some ways that we can decrease our expenses. We are going to look at our satelite bill and cut it back. As well, we are going to look at our food buget and see if we can save some money there. We have found that if we start small and work to increase the amount that we are putting away for savings in small increments, we are able to eventually get to where we want to be. Small changes are much easier to sustain.
My goals for 2010 are kinda scary!
1. Figure out exactly how much debt we have (**blush**) Last summer we had our youngest son at nearly 3 months early and he spent 56 days in NICU, so still trying to figure out the

My primary goal is to get all the accounts back to current and keep them there. We were there at the beginning to middle of the year (the period of time we did most of our flaking), but then that disaster hit and we've been behind ever since. I've never fully done the math, but the late fees are costing us about $200-$300 a month (likely more) and that's a BIG LEAK! There's no point in flaking until we can do that!
Once - not if - that's done, I'll go back to flaking. I have one account we should definitely be able to pay off and a second one that might get close. The first will save us $215 a month; the second, about $240.
Oh Kate, #8 sounds sooooooo familiar.
