Marie, I don't know how you do it all, with the kids, jobs and taking care of your mother.

Take those days and go with them! Its nice to have time for yourself. You need it in order to unwind and be fullly functional (IMO).

Good for you!

Oh Marie,

I am so on the ex bashing page today.

I got heck the other day because my ex couldn't call my ODS because his cell phone was dead. I didn't approve the cell phone(didn't buy it, the ex did, I don't think he should have one as he is only 12, the kid can't remember his lunch some days never mind a cell phone). He thinks I should have a charger at my house for ODS. I haven't bought one yet. Oh cry me a river! Why do I still get to be told what to do by this man??!!

Anyway. ODS is doing great in school and I think it is because he is at my house most of the time during the week. I am the bad mommy, making him do homework and brush his teeth and telling him to think ahead. I am crediting that one to me and my BF. I know my ex doesn't make them do anything they don't want to. But ODS is mad at me because I have to remind him to check into basket ball and see if his pictures are in yet and give him crap because he didn't do as well on the last test. I can't make him study at his dad's place.

Sigh, some things will never change. I hope one day they see that I actually put in effort, even if it wasn't as much monetary as their dad.

Your daughter still loves ya!
