Hello!

I was wondering what were some tricks of the trades for keeping your grocery bill down? Do you have certain meals that you cook every week

A weekly food column would be kewl...

I am a very small eater...but what I eat I really enjoy...

I love to cook small batches of things for myself, galpals, friends and friends as I dont like leftovers and I dont like wastage...

Im a big fan of fresh but not organic unless its local and looks wonderful...
