Going through old posts I haven't read. Sorry if this is late in coming.
Since your DH got laid off in Jan 09 isn't his unemployment coming to an end soon? This might be a major concern. He is still providing a large deal of your income. Does he have plans to return to work soon or at least take any job that comes if unemployment runs out?
Is the c/c payment a minimum you must pay? Or can you lower that payment and put more in savings in case your DH's uneployment does run out?
Personally, if your DH is on unemployment I would cut your cable and also your eating out to $0. I know that sounds harsh but its realistic.
Don't think I am being harsh. I am unemployed too and have made changes in my budget big time.
I'm sure there are people on the board who are much better at this, but here's a couple of questions :
Did you notice that you are $100 over budget?

What is killing you is not food, gas or even the internet, it is credit card payments.
