So yesterday , I check my DD $36.19 over drawn. It turns out that she needed $3.19 and was charged a $34.00 overdraft fee. Ouch.

Went to doctor, got a $60 parking ticket no meter parking from 4 - 7pm. I got the ticket at 4:01PM. So $100 down the drain. Stuff happens.

Hope you had a great day.

Yuk!
Couple months ago my renters' pmnt bounced, which in turn caused an auto transfer to my acct bounce, which made a $9.75 cheque to the school bounce (talk about embarrassing!)...and I got dinged $40 NSF from my bank !

Brutal about the parking ticket...someone has way too much time on their hands to be writing tickets at 4:01...seriously!

Sorry to hear about that. Any chance the parking ticket will come down if you pay it early? Or can you go to court and challenge it? In my city if you go to the Ministry they generally will knock the price down by at least half? Just a thought!

If I wnet to parking violation it would be reduced,........not sure how much.....but it requires taking time off from work to do that.

Right there with you! Last Wednesday my toaster caught on fire, and my fridge went haywire in the same hour! Replaced the toaster at walmart for $14; fixed the fridge $0 - so not too bad. Saturday, hot water heater sprung a leak, temp fix for $0 - but will need replaced soon (about $300) - then yesterday my dryer quit working! I had the same load of laundry in for four 60 min cycles, and they are almost as wet as when they started! DH is going to try and fix it tonight, I think it's the heating element and hope to fix it for less than $100. Don't you just hate surprises! FYI - hot water heater is about 14 years old, but fridge and dryer are only 5!
