annual bonuses, great for the pocket book, that's kind of like an inheritance during a BK. I don't know what your total claims are, but if an annual bonus is nice enough to pay in and bump up to a 100% plan and have it paid off early, definitely go for it!
I know you work for a small company so it may not be an issue, just make sure that if you hold onto any of your checks too long, they don't have that expires after so long language on it, like 90 days or anything. It would be a pain to have to have them reissued. Or you can always cash the oldest ones and turn a few of them into money orders to send off to the trustee if need be.
Of course he has only been with the company since August 30th, but he was told that bonuses could be anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000 a year.
