What's for Supper?

Today is "Wasteless Wednesday" .... I try to do this every week- it's either leftovers or I make a soup out of whatever I can find in the fridge & freezer.
Thankfully this week we have leftover lasagna & pizza, so along with some veggies & bread we should have a decent (and almost free) meal.

What's everyone else having?

And does anyone have any (kid-friendly) suggestions for a pork roast other than roasting it or pulled pork?

I've got a great lowfat and low cost crust suggestion for a quiche. Instead of a pastry or pie shell, you can thinly slice a potato or two, line the bottom of your pie pan with it and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the potatos are a bit brown and you can put a fork through them. Add your quiche mix and bake again until the quiche is done. Tastes great!

Thank you for placating our inquiring minds.
I have gone from monogomy to monogomy pretty much all my life. I probably would have benefited from some free space in my 20s.

That said, my DH and I have one of those total soul mate perfect relationships at all levels now.
