As many of you know I adore my Tina Louise (my sweet moody orange tabby)...

She is now a middle aged matron (with not an ounce of grace) but beautiful in her own way....

When I get home she waits by the door and wants lots of attention....kisses and hugs galore

Tonight when I got home...she was not by the door....second time in eleven years...first time she was a bit ill....

So I call for Tina Louise....No answer...all is quiet....

I try to entice with kitty treats...No Tina Louise

I look in all her favorite snuggly spots...shoe boxes, under my pilows, the bathtub, window sills, laundry basket...still no Tina Louise

Im a bit frantic thinking she may have run out in the morning when I opened the door (she never does) as she is a housekitty...I call for Tina Louise and along comes Doris my neighbours cat and scoots up the stairs to keep me company(really to eat Tina Louise's food)

Well wouldnt you know as Doris is munching I hear plaintive meows and they seem to be coming from everywhere and Doris is no help as she is munching away

Tina Louise Tina Louise where are you.....I cant find the darn kitty and I give up to make some dinner....

I need the measuring cup and realize its in the dishwasher and there is..................

Reminds me of one nite when I still had my Twinkie angel(doxie who was probably about 14 years old at that time).

LOL. My kitty gets shut in places occassionally ... closets mostly. He'll fall asleep and then hours later I'll realize I haven't seen him in a while and I'll hear the distant sound of meowing ... :)

Glad Tina Louise is safe. Bet she had a great day in that dishwasher! :)
