I have a wedding to go to this weekend. I am sort of looking forward to it but it won't be cheap. We need to get an oil change on the car, presentation for the wedding and probably lunch in the city.

I have no idea what to make for supper tonight. I am feeling grilled cheese and soup. I would like to make a casserole on Sunday and something nice for supper. I will have to see what I have in my freezer. It is full so I should have no problem. Perhaps a soup on Sunday too. I like the idea of the soup and the caserole because then we have options for lunches the next week even though it looks like I make a lot food.

What does everyone have on their plate? ha ha ha. I am so funny today!

Mwah ha ha lol...we're in Alberta so I do understand those temperatures... now imagine this...hockey playoffs in the spring & we're having our first "BBQ" of the year (mind you, we're all still in jackets or sweaters, not warm enough to be without)...we had these big picture patio windows so DH put the 51" TV against the window...and actually DRILLED A HOLE through our wall so he could run the cables out for surround sound on our patio, so he & the guys could "still watch the game"....I actually have a pic of him with a beer & a smoke & this whole setup, put it up on facebook and labeled it "Classic Dan..." lol.

Well at least it's just men you're dealing with & they're happy with the neanderthal (LMAO) setup, and other than that you've taken care of yourself. I could live on cheese & wine! Unfortunately I've gotten an expensive pallet but we found a new wine called Painted Turtle that is actually inexpensive AND good for the world apparently! So I can feel good about feeling good! :)

(Can't wait till you fill us in, on the "menu" that is served on Sunday!)

I thought I only needed alcohol for a super bowl party I am going to. But,then I went to Target and got some dishwasher detergent and rinse aid - that was almost $6.00 (I saved 40 cents with coupons and the brand I bought was the cheapest !! love it when that happens).

So that was $5.50 for wine - I am cheap but the White Lambruska is my favorite at Trader Joes...so yummy
Then $6.00 for Target -- and I flaked $8.00 to my card while I was there ...not sure why $8.00 - but it felt good.
So that is $19.50
Well I decided to make chili and needed an onion and my daughter needed some soda and the dogs needed food so that was $7.50 at the grocery store.
Make me at $26.50 - - - -
Then I realized I had some extra bucks for CVS that were about to expire, so I wandered around and bought some oil for my air fresheners (I had $2.00 off coupons for the 3 I bought) and I also needed milk so I bought 2 gallons, and the coke was on sale there as well. I spent less than $2.00 for all that with the extra bucks and coupons.
Soooo less than $30.00 so far !!!!
And the chili is in the crock pot because tonight I am having a girls night and I needed something easy for my SO and the kids.
