Oh Dear, I had a big long post typed and I lost it!!
Summary:
I know I said I would wait but I paid off my Land and Building Loan!
My dad gave me $1000 dollars for my birthday and it pushed me over the edge. I waited until my forced Feb payment came out and went for it with my savings. I had been saving since Nov in case my business needed help but it hasn't so far and I haven't even gone over my original credit limit on my line of credit which I got raised this year. I still have a nice cash efund for the store. Now, my store Credit line will have a chance to recover since it will not have this payment coming out of it after I catch up on some bills.
New goals: Save for kid's education, continue to pay BF's student loan off with him, and continue to contribute to my new RRSP.
I am excited to continue my journey. Thank you for all your support!

Thanks for all the warm wishes.
It took me 4 years and 4 months to pay it off. It was paid off 8 months early for a lot more in total than what the ticker listed. I just listed the ticker when I started to make it my target goal.
Hmmmm, what to do for tickers now?
Treating myself Duke? It is a fantastic idea! I might do that. I need think about what to do though.
I'm very excited I own something out right!
