Tonight we are having chicken caesar salad. I took out the chicken boobs to defrost this morning. I will slice and fry them with seasoning when I get home(make the 13 year old help). Then I put my 10 year old in charge of washing lettuce and ripping it and putting it in the lettuce spinner. I have three older hot dog buns I need to use up so those and a few pieces of bread will get butter and garlic salt for garlic toast. I throw in dressing from my large Costco bottle and few sprinkles of parm cheese.

There will not be left overs but I have some lunch meat we need to use up for sandwiches tomorrow so that is going to work out well.

What are you guys planning?

Tonight is roasted chicken. I'll probably do roasted potatos as well. Tomorrow I'm thinking baked salmon and maybe a ceasar salad.

Your Chicken Caesar sounds good, but I will most likely just do up chicken with potatoes and veg. Will put them all in same pan and bake them. Possible left overs for dinner tomorrow night. My dd will be coming over for dinner tonight so sometimes she takes home the leftovers.

I gotta work tonight, so it will be leftovers for me. You guys are making me jealous to have dinner at home. Since I work at the grocery store I guess I'll be getting stuff for this week. I'm not sure what we are going to do. Still up in arms about insurance and dog so I don't even want to think about spending anything for food, but you can't live without it. SIGH....

Super funny...I had chicken ceasar salad on the menu for tonight too...lol

Alas, I have leftover roast that I was supposed to use yesterday but I had a super bad day and didn't...so tonight it will be hot beef or beef dip (I have no crusty buns, trying to figure out if you can do beef dip with ordinary bread???), and probably mashed. I don't have the energy, motivation, or whatever else I need to make homemade fries like I normally would with those dishes.

I guess I'm cheating a bit tonight, I got chicken out to thaw from the freezer, and I was going to go buy gravy for chicken and dumplings at lunch, but I just don't feel like it.

Tonight it's burgers on the grill, with some sort of potatoes and veggie on the side. Keeping it simple.

But mmmmmmm...Chicken Caesar Salad sounds yummy...

Well, it's getting to be that time to seriously think about dinner. We have some left over elbow macaroni from ghoulash we had two nights ago and I don't want to waste it, so I think I'll make a soup. I'll need to run to the country store for some good italian sausage and either spinach or kale. Otherwise, I have canellini beans, chicken broth, and parmesan and that's basically all that goes in it. Oh, and garlic and onion, which I always have on hand.
