I have always heard that more money always brings on more problems.

LOL, I don't have to worry about winning the lottery....I don't waste my money on tickets!

I don't think I'll ever have to worry about being rich.

I'm not sure it would make me happier but it would make me less stressed all the time. Since my income is unpredictable and is at the whim of those who say yes or no to my pitches, it would nice to not live so hand to mouth when things fall through. I think I've learned my lesson about over spending but who knows what I would do if suddenly we had money again.

I voted for other.

I think money would make me happier because I wouldn't constantly be stressed about money. I spend at least an hour every day thinking about money, rejuggling finances, trying to pare down my grocery budget etc etc. Thats 30 hours a month I could be doing something else!
But I'm really not sure. I know many people who have money but are miserable. DH & I have gotten a lot closer & stronger through this journey, so I'm not sure I'd suddenly want to go backto "having" money and then we spend spend spend....

But hey, I wouldn't turn down like 5,000 right now lol.

I don't buy lottery tix either. Once in awhile I'll get a scratch off game, because they're "fun" but the winnings aren't a jackpot like lotto.

I would be less stressed if I had more of a cash flow. I'm always thinking about "what ifs" and live on a budget. I would be more relaxed if I had more dough. :P

Sure a lot of money can relieve financial tension but I don't think it would make me happier. It wouldn't change the things that truely matter to me. If I won the lottery tonight then I wouldn't automaticly wake up tomorrow

I voted yes, but only because having more $$ would relieve a lot of stress. But I don't think it would make me any happier than I am now with my life. We would travel more, my DH could work less. I do buy lottery tickets but so far the most we have won is $80. (which was put into our holiday fund) If we won a big lotto then I may think about moving and not giving some family members my forwarding address lol. Mostly I would just like enough to not have to worry if I want to spend $5 on a magazine or whatever is $5. I know we will get there.

my silly ticker has stopped working, oh well will have to go and start a new one.

I don't think that more money would make me happier. I know that I am fortunate in that my income does cover all my bills and allow me a little breathing room for a personal allowance.
Yes, more money would probably relieve some stress by allowing me pay off my debt quicker, but in my mind that is not the same as happiness. Ultimately, I know that there will come a day that I have more of my income available to me once I have paid off my debt.

Having said what I have above, since I work part-time and study full-time, I know that I should receive more money (as income) than I currently do once I'm done studying and find a job that will use my qualifications.
