Bigger BBs after baby - help

Hi all. I had my first baby last June 09. Before my pregnancy, I was a large 36D-DD and during it I went up to a 44E. Now I am a large 38DD. I was barely able to handle my bbs before the baby, now they are so big that none of my old clothes fit at all. Factor in my age - 37 - and a lot of post-baby flab, and things aren't pretty. I look and feel very matronly and I am very unhappy. I am not nursing (stopped 5 months ago) and I lost the 45 pds I put on. My body is very different though in my hips, thighs, stomach and chest (guess that is a question for a different board!) My doctor said there is no reason they didn't go back to normal.

So, did anyone have this experience? Is there any way to diet or exercise them back to my

I had a very similar experience. I went from a 34C pre-pregnancy #1 to a 36F post #1. Then down to 34D and again up during #2 to 34F and now back down to 34DD and it seems to be ready to go up another cup size as I begin perimenopause. I get upper back pain that no one can explain except due to poor posture from heavy breast tissue. I am weighing the options on having breast reduction surgery as a result as the OB and breast specialist say that even if I lost 20 lbs (I am 5'4" and weigh 135) that there is no assurance my breast size will decrease. It is so hard to find clothes that fit.

Hi there,

I was just wondering what you've decided to do.
