Hi!! So glad to have you post your experience! Sounds like everything is going well and healing is right on schedule.
I am so glad to hear how happy you are and that you, like most of us feel beautiful and pain free now. I can only imagine how much better your back, shoulders and neck must feel, having over 8 pounds of boob removed. Do you feel like you stand up straighter now? I know that was one of the first things someone said to me, that I looked taller!! I know what you mean about the whole nipple thing.... my PS said I might not have feeling after surgery, but really, if I had relief from those beasts that didn't really matter. And I do have sensation, not the same, just different. And for the first month or so those things had a mind of their own! They would stick out whenever and still sometimes I find them all perky. But I just wear the padded bras and it is no biggie!!
Keep us posted as you continue your healing! It is great for others starting the process to read about how it changes our lives!
I keep the telephone of my mind open to peace, harmony, health, love, and abundance. Then, whenever doubt, anxiety, or fear tries to call me, they will keep getting a busy signal - and soon they’ll forget my number.
Well I am just checking in to see how you are doing. It has been a month since your surgery, Wahoo!! Hope you are still healing well and you should be feeling back to your old self, but in a new and good way. How are the nipples healing up? I know you had said you had some issues with them. I found my nipples had a mind of their own and still get a little weird around my period.
Let us know about what you are doing now, activity-wise and bra-wise. I know all newbies on here will love to know what they can expect at this time frame.

I haven't always been this big, it's pretty much since having kids, so I'm not very used to carrying around probably 12-14 pounds of boob! Yes, I got out the scale one day, put it on the counter and flopped a boob on it and weighed it!
LOL and I thought I was the only one that did that! LOL
LOL! I often thought of doing that and didn't think it would measure. So funny, we know it is a lot of weight, but don't realize til we do something like or the doctor tells us how much he took off, or the first time we realize we are standing up straight and tall and not hunched over!!
To all you girls waiting for surgery, best of luck and here's to gaining an inch or two in height and losing a few or more pounds in weight!! :))
