good so, I thought I would share it with all of you. Fried Apples: 4 c apples, washed cored and sliced. 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 c. apple juice, cider or water, 1 T butter melted or margarine, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1/4 t nutmeg, 1/4 c GF brown sugar or honey . Use tart of sweet apples or some of both, whatever you prefer. Prepare the apples, dipping each clice in lemon jucie to prevent discoloration. Place apples in skillet or large covered pan and sprinle with cinnamon, nutmet and remaining lemon juice mixed with sugar or honey, and stir gently. Add just enough apple juice, cider, or water to cover bottom of pan. Turn heat on low, cover, cook stirring gently every 5 min. cook until done, but not mushy.

Hope you like this! Hubby and I enjoyed it. It was nice treat for a change. How is everyone else doing?

This sure is hard and can be frustrating.

Hugs,

Lynn
