These are good...I just made them and fell in love...
WACKY BROWNIES
1/3 c Oil
1 ts Vanilla
1 tb White vinegar
1 c Cold water
1 ts Baking soda
1 c White sugar
2 tb Cocoa powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c rice flour
1/2 c cornflour
1/2 c glutinous rice flour
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
Mix together the oil, vanilla, vinegar & cold water. Add the baking soda
& mix well. Beat in the sugar, cocoa powder & salt. Finally, fold in the
flour. Only do enough mixing to ensure that the ingredients are well
blended. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F. When cool,
cut into squares.
Enjoy!

I expermented and came up with a new dish. My Hubby loved it. I took a large package of chicken wings, I cut off the tips and broke them in half, and sprayed olive oil very, very lightly. One of those new spray oil thingys that I saw at the grocery store, Uses less fat. Then I sprinkled italian seasoning and sage on them, and slow roasted them for one hour. Mean while I made a sauce of 1 can of crushed pinapple, and 1 small can of applesauce, unsweetened, and 2 tbs. low sodium soysauce, and 1 prinkle of MRS. DASH for seasoning into a saucepan and heated up on med. Notice no salt in this dish. Then when nice and hot I added some cornstarch and water to thicken it. I don't know if you eat cornstarch. If there is another way to thicken the sauce, go ahead. Then switch the oven to broil. Broil for 10 mins. Remove the chicken to platter and pour the sauce over the chicken. Mmmgood.
Happy cooking!!
