Here's a recipe to try if youlike salmon

Salmon Loaf - Celiac

15 oz Can salmon

4 Cloves garlic; minced

1 md Onion; diced

2/3 c Cornmeal or rice flour

1 ts Baking powder

2/3 c Liquid; (salmon juice, plus

-water to make two-thirds

-cup)

1 tb Fish sauce or salt to taste

2 Eggs

1 ts Dried dill; or 1 tablespoon

-fresh chopped dill

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up onion and garlic. Open salmon and

drain liquid into a measuring cup. Add enough water to the liquid to

make two-thirds cup. Add fish sauce and eggs to the liquid. Mix well.

Remove or crush bones in the salmon. In an eight-inch casserole dish,

mix together all the ingredients except the dill. Sprinkle the dill

on the top of the loaf. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Serves 2-4.
