GF Buttermilk Bisquick Mix
2 1/2C. rice flour(could be white, brown, or half and half)
1 2/3 C. potato starch
3 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 T sugar
1/2 C dry buttermilk powder(supermarkets over in the egg section or baking section)
3T egg replacer powder (supermarkets over in the egg section)
1 C. less 1 T shortening
In large bowl, wisk together all dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until no lumps appear. Store in the refridgerator or freezer because of the shortening.
For the Bisquick Mix, you use it as replacement for the real Bisquick Mix for all of their recipes. You'll find many recipes at these sites, I have tried many and they are good, easy and quick.
